What does repair pricing include?
Desktop Monitors & TerminalsIncludes small parts like transistors, resistors, diodes, capacitors plus all repair labor and alignment to factory specs. 1 year consumer warranty, 6 month industrial warranty.
Note: Flybacks, CRT's, Video cables, Transformers, and Cosmetic parts may be extra. They will be quoted to you prior to replacement.
PrintersIncludes small rollers, latches, connectors plus all repair labor and alignment to factory specs. (Pickup assemblies, fusers, power supplies, and consumables are extra and will be quoted.) 6 month consumer warranty, 90 day industrial warranty.
Note: Toner & Inkjet cartridges, and other consumables are extra.
They will be quoted to you prior to replacement.
Includes small screws, LED's, backplane covers, latches, connectors plus all repair labor and alignment to factory specs. Some cosmetic parts included. 90 day consumer or industrial labor warranty, 1 Year on most parts.

What warranties are available?
12 Month
Repairs on desktop monitors used by a consumer end user are covered by our limited 1 year (12 month) warranty.
6 Month
Monitor & terminal repairs used in an industrial environment or in a commercial applications are covered by our limited 6 month warranty.
Repairs on printers used by a consumer end user are covered by our limited 6 Month warranty (consumables are excluded.)
90 day
Printer repairs used in an industrial environment or in a commercial applications are covered by our limited 90 day warranty.
Repairs on computer hardware used by a consumer end user are covered by our limited 90 Day warranty (consumables are excluded.) Most computer components are covered by a 1 year manufacturer warranty.
- Complete labor repair coverage of whole unit.
- Regardless of original repair symptoms, if the device fails within the specified warranty period, it will be re-examined, repaired, and returned at no additional labor cost to the customer (shipping charges apply.)
- Damage caused by unconditioned power, electrical surges, electrical spikes, misuse or misapplication, a signal source that is beyond the monitor's operating limits, or insufficient OEM circuit engineering.
- CRT integrity including color tracking, purity, and focus.
- Shipping damage to or from our repair facility by common carrier.
- Cosmetics, flybacks, transformers, and external video & power cables.
- Expiration of printer consumables like laser toner or inkjet cartridges.
- Software damage caused by user manipulation
- Hardware installed by us but purchased elsewhere.
