With our comprehensive packaging and quality control systems, the chance of receiving a damaged or non-functioning unit is slim. However, occasionally damage or operational difficulty does occur and we want to handle each situation on a case by case basis. If you should recieve a damaged or non-functioning unit, please call our customer service toll-free at 800.390.6069 within continental US. Outside of US, call 708.562.8300 or fax to 708.562.8377 - Please note on ANY returns
An RMA# from our customer service must be plainly listed on the shipping label, or the item will be refused delivery! The original packaging must be used on returns to insure the item arrives undamaged. If you don't have the original shipping container, replacement shipping containers are available for a nominal fee.
How we package our items:
Note: All shipped items will have an additional packaging charge. (We will be happy to use your shipper account #, but packaging fees still apply) If you wish to avoid packaging and/or shipping charges, feel free to visit our showroom.
- For light items like monitor cables we use foam peanuts.
- For medium items like inkjet printers, we use bubble wrap. This is slightly more expensive than peanuts, but offers good protection against damage!
- For heavy or bulky items, we use 'foam-in-place' packaging and a double-wall cardboard box. This is the most expensive method, but the only way that we can insure that the item will arrive intact.
- For multiple items shipped by truck lines and/or overseas shipments we can palletize and shrink wrap the boxed items.
